VEGETABLE FINGER SANDWICH
INGREDIENTS
Sandwich bread 06 slices
Butter or any spread mixed with little mustard powder
Cream cheese 02 triangles
Tomato, cucumber and onion chopped and seasoned with salt and pepper
Lettuce shredded 06 leaves
METHOD
Apply butter or any spread on one slice of the bread, put the seasoned
vegetables. Place another slice on top and apply the cream cheese. Put the
lettuce on top, now apply butter or spread on the third slice and cover the
second layer. Repeat same with the balance slices. This will be a triple
Decker, trim the edges of the sandwich and cut into three. Collect all the
crumbs and put into the grinder. The crumbs could be mixed with regular
breadcrumbs or left in the refrigerator to dehydrate.
