CHICKEN WINGS BATTER FRIED
INGREDIENTS
Chicken wings

Soya sauce
02 tablespoons
Pepper crushed
1/8 teaspoon
Turmeric powder

Curry powder
01 teaspoon
Chili powder
¼ teaspoon
Rice flour 03
teaspoons
Wheat flour
01 teaspoon
Table salt
to taste
Oil for
frying
METHOD
Wash the
chicken wings well and pat dry on a clean cloth or absorbent kitchen paper. Season
the wings with salt, pepper and soya sauce, leave aside for fifteen (15)
minutes. Cook the wings in an open pan on medium heat till the wings are almost
done with a bit of liquid remaining. Allow complete cooling and later mix the
rice and wheat flour, pepper, curry, chili and turmeric powder with salt to
taste. Deep fry the wings to a golden brown colour on medium flame.
PLEASE NOTE:
The liquid in the chicken wings help to form a coating batter. EGGS NOT REQUIRED
