WILLARD MANGO JUICE WITH MANGO ICE CREAM
INGREDIENTS – serves 04
Willard mango 02 numbers
Water 03 glasses
Ice 08 cubes
Sugar syrup 08 tablespoons
Salt pinch
Mango ice cream 04 scoops (large)
METHOD
Wash the mango peel skin and cut the flesh into small cubes. Retain 08
pieces for garnish. Combine the mango, water, sugar syrup, pinch of salt and
the cubes of ice. Blend this smooth and pass through a fine strainer. Serve in
chilled glasses with mango ice cream garnished with mango slices.
